Jack M. Carstens, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™ (CDFA™) and Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) is pleased to announce his association with the Collaborative Family Law Association (CFLA) of St. Louis, Missouri.
 
The Collaborative Family Law Association offers a network of legal, mental health and financial professionals who are committed to providing a respectful, supportive and non-adversarial process to divorcing couples in the St. Louis area that will enable them to construct their own solutions for their family's future.
 
Traditional divorce, often defined by bitter court battles and an adversarial approach, labels the divorcing couple as "opposing parties." However, despite emotions like anger, grief and distrust, most couples really can make good choices to manage their divorce in a better way. Collaborative Practice helps divorcing and separating couples work together, rather than in opposition, so that they can focus on reaching solutions that work for both parties and their children, in a non-hostile and respectful manner. The end result is a targeted, creative, and productive way to resolve disputes and reduce conflict without going to court.
